This Privacy Policy explains how ITSolvez ("we", "us"), a proprietorship registered in India with its office at Building No. 2, Keshav 206 Vasudev Sky High CHS Ltd, Kanakia Road, Mira Road East, Maharashtra 401107, collects, uses, stores and protects personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and other applicable law.

What we collect

We collect personal data you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company name and project details when you submit an inquiry form, request a consultation, apply for a job, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. We also collect limited technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referral source — through analytics cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

Why we collect it

We process personal data to: respond to your inquiries and provide requested consultations; prepare proposals and deliver contracted services; process job applications; send service updates and, where you have consented, marketing communications; improve our website and services; and comply with legal obligations including tax and accounting law.

Legal basis and consent

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, or where processing is necessary for a legitimate use recognised by the DPDPA — such as responding to a request you initiate or performing a contract with you. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@itsolvez.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

How we protect it

ITSolvez is certified to ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management). Personal data is protected through access controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions, staff confidentiality obligations and periodic security reviews. Client project data is additionally governed by contractual confidentiality terms.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under appropriate safeguards; professional advisers where necessary; and authorities where required by law. Data may be stored on servers located in India or, for certain services, in other jurisdictions with appropriate protection.

Retention

Inquiry and lead data is retained for up to 3 years from last contact; contractual and billing records for 8 years as required by Indian law; job applications for 1 year unless you request earlier deletion.

Your rights

Under the DPDPA you have the right to access a summary of your personal data and processing activities; to correction and erasure; to grievance redressal; and to nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity. To exercise any right, email info@itsolvez.com with the subject "Data Request". We respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
